30-Day Easy Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at shreemartinezray3@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- Pack your item(s) in the original packaging (if possible) with tags attached
- Ship it back to the address we provide
- Get your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! Contact us at shreemartinezray3@gmail.com and we'll arrange an exchange for you.
Return Shipping
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shreemartinezray3@gmail.com with photos. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund right away—and we'll cover the return shipping.
